Our Shipments are processed every MONDAY – Shipping time depends on your location, but in the UAE you can be sure you will get your goods less than 48 hours after the Monday processing.

We don’t store any payment details with us – they are all securely stored in STRIPE.  We do not share any data with outside companies.  Your privacy is protected with us.

As soon as your order is placed, we will internally process it for shipping the following MONDAY,  The Courier will contact you to arrange the delivery.

Yes you can return any item for exchange.  We do not have a return courier and the return Location is in RAK.  As we enter more locations, we will have more drop off points to assist with returns.  We only offer exchanges of goods.  All returns are case by case.  Contact us to discuss.
